A 10-Year-old Amputee found doing hard training, inspires the world

Diego Mercado is a 10-year-old boy, who was born without his right leg and two fingers on his right hand.

A recent video, which just went viral, shows Diego training along with retired Marine and also amputee Jose Sanchez at Warrior Fitness Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Although the two fellows have been training together since April, the video was just shared in social media.

And it’s not hard to understand why it has become very popular. Their determination and inner strength are truly remarkable and inspirational.

The video shows them pushing a tire and doing push-ups.

They both have prosthetics and so they are motivated from one another in order to keep working out. Sanchez lost his leg in Afghanistan but didn’t give up.

Diego’s father, Jason Mercado, is a captain in the Army and impressed by Sanchez’s efforts. “He was trying to show Diego he can rise above his own hardships,” Jason Mercado said about Sanchez.

Apart from pushing tires and doing push-ups, the two guys also ran and did many more exercises. Diego was also taught how to jump rope making his dad proud, but also inspiring Sanchez for his willpower and ability to overcome his own challenges.
