Sergio Aguero has furthered his status as a Premier League great by equalling a scoring record held by Thierry Henry.
The Manchester City striker and the former Arsenal forward are the only players to have scored 20 goals in five consecutive Premier League seasons.
Aguero got his 20th goal of the 2018/19 season with the winner in City’s 1-0 victory away to Burnley on Sunday.
It is the sixth season out of eight campaigns in English football where Aguero has scored 20 or more league goals in a season.
The Argentine scored 23 goals in the 2011/12 season, his first for City after joining from Atletico Madrid.
He failed to net 20 league strikes in the following two seasons, but from 2014/15 on has cemented his status as one of the greatest strikers to play in top level English football.
