For all the Salman Khan fans, it was celebration time yesterday when the actor took to social media to announce that he is reuniting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after 20 years, and for the first time, he will be romancing Alia Bhatt in the film titled as Inshallah. For the longest time, grapevine was abuzz with the news that Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan will be seen together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film, however, looks like there is still time for it because according to a report in DNA, Shah Rukh Khan is not part of the film.
Film-maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has three scripts and while one amongst the three is Inshallah, the remaining two are where Bhansali is considering to casting SRK and Salman Khan. “Sanjay has three scripts. One is Inshallah, which is an eternal love story, the other is on the lines of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999), while the third is a two-hero period saga. SLB is talking to Shah Rukh and Salman for the second and the third, but he is presently making the first,” as quoted by DNA. Well, don’t lose hope because Sanjay Leela Bhansali is considering casting both Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in a film and perhaps, it will happen post Inshallah.
Yesterday, Salman Khan took to Twitter to announce that he will be collaborating with Sanjay after 20 years and that Alia will be playing the leading lady in Inshallah as he wrote, It’s been 20 years but I am glad Sanjay and I are finally back in his next film, Inshallah. Looking forward to work with Alia and inshallah we will all be blessed on this journey.” Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s last directorial film was Padmaavat starring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh and Padmaavat became the biggest hit of his career, making more than Rs 550 crore worldwide. On the work front, SRK was last seen Aanand L. Rai’s Zero starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
