Lorde, Kendrick Lamar and Vampire Weekend will headline this year’s Splendour In The Grass.
The popular music festival’s lineup was widely praised on social media after it was released on Wednesday morning.
Also performing at the event are Khalid, The Wombats, Hilltop Hoods, CHVRCHES and Miguel.
Lorde, Vampire Weekend, Girl Talk and The Wombats will make their only Australian concert appearances at the festival.
Among the 100 other acts at the festival are Angus & Julia Stone, Gang of Youths, Franz Ferdinand, MGMT and Ben Howard.
Music fans took to Twitter soon after the lineup release to praise this year’s offerings at the festival.
‘SPLENDOUR LINEUP IS OUT OF THIS WORLLDDDDD,’ one enthusiastic person wrote on Twitter.
‘Well the Splendour line up is probably the biggest thing ever to grace our shores. I’m in,’ another tweeted.
But some were underwhelmed by the music acts on offer, with one tweeting: ‘hOooooneestly the splendour lineup is..,,.,,, Average.’
Splendour In The Grass will be held this year at the North Byron Parkland, located north of Sydney.
The festival will run for five nights from Friday July 20 to Sunday, July 22, with tickets going on sale from April 19.
Tickets are priced at $399 for the whole weekend or $179 for a single day.
Previously Splendour In The Grass headline acts include The xx, Queens Of The Stone Age and Flume.
